Disco Abbey Road, dos Beatles, ganha versão extendida e remasterizada no aniversário de 50 anos

Abbey Road, disco dos Beatles lançado em 1969, vai ganhar um novo formato para comemorar os 50 anos. A edição especial será lançada no dia 27 de setembro.

A nova versão passou por mixagens em estéreo, 5.1 Surround e Dolby Atmos. As 17 faixas foram mixadas pelo produtor Giles Martin e pelo engenheiro de mixagem Sam Okell. O material comemorativo também conta com gravações e demos de sessões inéditas.

São quatro produtos à venda da nova versão do Abbey Road, sendo eles, CD, vinil triplo, disco duplo em CD e LP. A edição segue os lançamentos de aniversário, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Bandem 2017 e The BEATLES (“White Album”) em 2018.

Esse foi o último disco dos Beatles com participação e composição dos quatro integrantes originais: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison e Ringo Starr.
